Larry and Susan Dale of Belleville announce the engagement of their daughter, Elizabeth Jane Dale, to Joshua Paul Collins, son of Michael and Beverly McConnell and the late Paul Collins of Bethesda, Ohio.
The bride-to-be is a 2005 graduate of Parkersburg South High School. She is a 2009 graduate of West Virginia Wesleyan College with a bachelor's degree in sociology and environmental studies and is pursuing a master's degree in education from Wheeling Jesuit University. She is the assistant director at the Clifford M. Lewis, SJ Appalachian Institute at Wheeling Jesuit University.
The prospective bridegroom is a 2002 graduate of Union Local High School. He is a 2006 of Wheeling Jesuit University with a bachelor's degree in history and a 2010 graduate with a bachelor's degree in nursing. He is a registered nurse at Park Health Care Center in St. Clairsville, Ohio.
