I just wanted to write and give my opinion of Blair Couch. I have worked with Blair Couch many times since he was first elected to the Wood County Commission and have always found him to be extremely professional, compassionate and caring. He has always shown the upmost respect to me and to Project Lifesaver, which I represent, and never displayed anything but his genuine concern for the citizens of Wood County.
My personal opinion of Blair Couch is he is someone who believes in public service and demonstrates this in all that he does.
