Together with their parents, Kayla Brooke Watson and Brandon Lee Meeks announce their engagement.
The bride-to-be is the daughter of Danny and Tammy Neader of Parkersburg. She is the granddaughter of Lois Watson and the late Paul Watson of Parkersburg, and Albert Neader and the late Naomi Neader of Marietta. She is a 2007 graduate of Parkersburg South High School and is attending West Virginia University at Parkersburg. She is employed by Jack and Jill Preschool.
The prospective bridegroom is the son of Lyle and Debbie Meeks of St. Marys. He is the grandson of Fran Velisek of Waverly and the late Milton McGee of Cleveland and the late Lee and Wanda Meeks of St. Marys. He is a 2003 graduate of St. Marys High School, a 2006 graduate of West Virginia University at Parkersburg with a degree in criminal justice and a 2008 graduate of the West Virginia State Police Academy, 58th Cadet Class.
