Ralph and Patricia Welden of Vienna will celebrate their 50th anniversary on May 19. They were married by Rev. Loudermilk at the North Parkersburg Baptist Church on May 19, 1962.
He is the son of the late Ralph and Belle Welden of Vienna. He is retired from DuPont and enjoys riding ATVs, hunting and gardening. She is the daughter of the late Joseph and Arlene Conger of Parkersburg. She is a homemaker and enjoys riding ATVs, gardening, baking, sewing and reading. They are both active members of the Wayside United Methodist Church in Vienna.
They have two children, Mollie Kleffman of Easley, S.C. and Brian Welden of Chuluota, Fla. They have four grandchildren, Tyler Welden, Josh Welden, Belle Kleffman and Jill Kleffman.
