Stephen and Donna Fox of Parkersburg announce the engagement of their daughter, Rachel Denise Fox, to Justin Lyle Hartshorn of Mineral Wells.
The bride-to-be is a 2001 graduate of Parkersburg South High School, a 2005 graduate of West Virginia University with a bachelor's degree in biology, and a 2008 graduate of Marietta College with a master's degree in physician assistant studies.
She an OB/GYN physician assistant with Dr. Lisa Casalenuovo.

The prospective bridegroom is the son of Lyle and Judy Hartshorn of Mineral Wells.
He is a 2000 graduate of Calhoun County High School, a 2004 graduate of Glenville State College with a bachelor's in business administration, a 2005 graduate of West Virginia University with a master's degree in education and a 2009 graduate of Salem International with degree in education administration. He is employed by Wood County Schools as an assistant principal at Jefferson Elementary School.
A wedding date is set for May 26.
