Marvin and Lisa Small of Mineral Wells announce the engagement of their daughter, Lacey Nichole Small, to Drake Ryan Stephens.
The bride-to-be is the granddaughter of Norman and Nina Allman of Mineral Wells and Dean and Grace Small of Belleville. She is a 2011 graduate of Parkersburg South High School and is studying accounting at West Virginia University at Parkersburg. She is employed at Cracker Barrel.
The prospective bridegroom is the grandson of Ron and Sherrell Wigal of Parkersburg. He is a 2009 graduate of American Homeschooling. He is crew chief at Hawkeye Research.
