Lee and Juanita Buckbee of Rockport will celebrate their 50th anniversary on May 26. They were married on May 26, 1962.
They have four children, Kim (Dave) Sargent of Rockport, Rick Buckbee of Parkersburg, Kathy (Matt) Winkler of Rockport and Miranda (Robert) Creed of Rockledge, Fla.
They have 11 grandchildren, the late Melinda Curfman, Bradley Curfman, Dustin Curfman, Jasmine Sargent, Candise Buckbee, Christopher Buckbee, Jonathan, Meghan and Jesse Winkler; and Rachel and R.J. Creed. They have six great-grandchildren, Andrew Burdette, Lillian Weber, Hannah Bennett, Annabell Weber, Markus Curfman and Tyler Curfman.
