Robyn Betts and Kevin Boice, together with their families, announce their engagement.
The bride-to-be is the daughter of Norma Betts of Vienna. She is the mother of Taylor Kupfner, Riley and Bailey Betts and the adopted mother/aunt of Abrielle and Dakota Betts of Vienna. She is a 1996 graduate of Parkerburg South High School and a 2004 graduate of Washington State Community College's nursing program. She is enrolled at Ohio University. She is employed as a clinical nurse manager at Camden Clark Medical Center, Memorial Campus.
The prospective bridegroom is the son of Robert and Dianne Boice of Elizabeth. He is the father of Ashley and Hunter Boice of Parkersburg. He is a 1998 graduate of Wirt County High School and a 2000 graduate of West Virginia University of Parkersburg. He is employed by Parmaco Inc. of Parkersburg.

An open church wedding is planned for 6:30 p.m. April 20 at Sand Hill United Methodist Church in Williamstown, with a reception immediately following at DuPont Park Activities Building in Washington.
The couple plans to reside in Vienna.
