The bride-to-be is the daughter of Dr. Jack Kincaid and the late Clara Kincaid of Parkersburg. She is employed by Camden Clark Medical Center, Memorial Campus, as a registration clerk in the laboratory.
The prospective bridegroom is the foster son of the late Emmett and Pearl Miracle. He is employed by The Arc of the Mid-Ohio Valley as the People First of West Virginia Self-Advocate coordinator.
