Terry and Cathy Daggett celebrated their 55th anniversary with a family dinner at DaVinci's Restaurant in Williamstown.
They were married March 2, 1957, in Parkersburg, by the late Rev. Raleigh Daggett.
He is the son of the late Floyd and Wilma Dalton Daggett of Palestine. He is retired from DuPont in 1997 after 39 years of service.

She is the daughter of the late Charles and Margaret Davis Mullen of Palestine. She is a homemaker.
They are the parents of four children, Pamela (David) Nohe of Vienna, Terry Jr. (Joyce) Daggett of Vienna, Melissa (Robert) Hardbarger of Mineral Wells, and Darren Daggett of Parkersburg.
They have nine grandchildren, Craig (Emily) Reeder, Diana (Joshua) Wilson, Adam Nohe, Whitney and Cassidy Hardbarger, Lindsay (Chris) Ballengee, Garrett Ballengee, Jason (Anna) Naegel and Ryan Naegel.
They have five great-grandchildren, Amy and Avery Reeder, and Braxton, Audrey and Easton Wilson.
