George and Carolyn Wells of Williamstown celebrated their 50th anniversary March 10.
They were married by his father.
He is the son of the late Rev. Raymond Wells and the late Tessie Wells. He retired from DuPont.

She is daughter of the late Winford Hamilton and Wavelene Parks. She is retired from Ohio Valley Eye Physicians and Surgeons.
They have three children, Joanna, Mike (Helen) and Randy (Kim.) They have three grandchildren, Catie, Drew and Tessie.
