Paul and Lisa Wilcoxen of Little Hocking announce the engagement of their daughter, RaeSean Lea, to Thomas Edward Rowan, son of Blake and Vivian Rowan, also of Little Hocking.
The bride-to-be is the granddaughter of the late D.D. and Hazel I. Rader of Rockport, W.Va., and the late Dana L. and Bettie G. Wilcoxen of Little Hocking.
She is a 2008 graduate of Warren High School. She is employed with Rite Aid.
