Kerby-Higgins

Brianne Lee Kerby and Timothy Michael Higgins were united in marriage on Jan. 7 at Faith Gospel Church in Parkersburg. The ceremony was officiated by Pastor Tim Bell.

The bride is the daughter of J.B. and Becky Kerby of Elizabeth. She is the granddaughter of Wanda and the late Jack Kerby and Lawrence and the late Marie Hardbarger of Elizabeth. She is a graduate of Wirt County High School and is employed by the Bureau of Public Debt.

The groom is the son of Steve and Jan Higgins of Parkersburg. He is the grandson of Lillian and the late George Higgins and the late Bill and Orphie Dearth. He is a graduate of Parkersburg High School and DeVry Technical Institute. He is employed by Hill-Rom.

The bride was escorted down the aisle by her father and given in marriage by her parents.

Sarah McCloy, sister of the bride, served as matron of honor. Bridesmaids were Hannah Kerby and Mary Kerby, cousins of the bride. Steven Higgins, brother of the groom, served as best man. Groomsmen included Jerod McCloy, brother-in-law of the bride and Steve Sapio, friend of the groom. The ring bearer was Kolten McCloy, nephew of the bride. Ushers were Logan Kerby, cousin of the bride and Austin Higgins, nephew of the groom.

Music for the ceremony was provided by Levi Kerby, cousin of the bride, and Jason Poling, friend of the couple.

A reception followed the ceremony in the church's fellowship hall.

Following a honeymoon in Maui, the couple resides in Davisville.
