The bride-to-be is the daughter of Dave and Mary Marlow of Vienna. She is a 1995 graduate of Parkersburg High School and is set to receive a master's degree in business administration with a specialization in human resources from Ashford University in the spring. She is a level 2 cataloger with the Vienna Public Library.
The prospective bridegroom is the son of Larry and Doris Lemley of Parkersburg. He is a 1995 graduate of Parkersburg South High School. He is employed by Carr Law Offices in Lubeck.
