The ceremony was officiated by the bride's stepfather, Dannie L. Cunningham of Rockport.
The bride is the daughter of Sandra K. Cunningham of Rockport and the late William "Buzz" Johnson. She is the granddaughter of Agnes J. Ray of Parkersburg and the late Granville G. Ray.

The groom is the son of Ron R. Russell of Belpre and Darlene D. and John R. Cantrell of Rockport. He is the grandson of Donald and LaGreta Russell of Belpre and Ola Pinkerton and the late Ernest Pinkerton of Parkersburg.
The bride was escorted down the aisle by her mother and stepfather.
Katheryn Johnson, sister-in-law of the bride, served as maid of honor. Jessica Wills, longtime friend of the bride, was bridesmaid.
Jeremiah Johnson, brother of the bride, served as the best man. Joseph Tisdale, friend of the groom, was groomsman.
Flower girls were Tiara and Natasha, daughters of the bride, and the ringbearer was Alexander, son of the bride.
