Mr. and Mrs. Neil Baker of Williamstown announce the engagement of their daughter, Allison, to Cheyne Stephens, son of Mr. and Mrs. David Stephens of Vienna.
The bride-to-be is a 2008 graduate of Ohio Valley University with a multi-disciplinary degree with an emphasis in child care.
The prosepctive bridegroom is a 2010 graduate of West Virginia University at Parkersburg with a bachelor's degree in business administration.
A June wedding aboard the Valley Gem is planned. Teddy Tackett will be officiating the wedding ceremony.
