Leisa Jarvis of Mineral Wells and Jeff and Debbie Hartshorn of Elizabeth, announce the engagement of their daughter, Melissa Ann Hartshorn, to James Stephen Puliatte, the son of Jim and Elaine Puliatte of Norwood, N.J.
The bride-to-be is the granddaughter of Dick and the late Edna Jarvis, the late Emogean Hartshorn and Glen 'Tater' Hartshorn, all of Grantsville. She is a 2004 graduate of Calhoun County High School and a 2007 graduate of West Virginia University with a bachelor'a degree in business administration and marketing.
She is a human resources assistant at Marsh & McLennan Companies in New York City.

He is employed as the secondary technology staff developer at Fort Lee High School in Fort Lee, N.J.
