Dr. Jacqueline Khorassani and Dr. Greg Delemeester announce the engagement of their son, Capt. Payum Doroodian to Bhakti Patel, daughter of Raman Patel and Kiran Patel.
The bride-to-be is from San Jose, Calif. She is a 2010 graduate of Santa Clara University with a bachelor's degree in psychology. She plans to pursue a master's degree in marriage and family therapy. She is a rehab coordinator for Brighton Rehabilitation in Washington state
The prospective bridegroom is from Athens. He is a 2009 graduate of Santa Clara University, School of Law, and passed the California State Bar exam. In 2010, he was commissioned as a JAG officer in the U.S. Army and lives in Washington state.
