Frank and Pat Sprouse of Torch, Ohio, celebrated their 25th anniversary Jan. 17. They were married by the late Rev. Harley E. Bailey at the Jefferson Baptist Temple in Parkersburg.
He is the son of the late Harry and Louella Sprouse. She is the daughter of the late Neal and Pearl Rily.
