Together with their parents, Jessica Leigh Stastny and Eric Sean Staples announce their engagement.
The bride-to-be is the daughter of Dr. David and Lisa Stastny of Belpre and the late Dr. Sheila Stastny. She is a 2004 graduate of Parkersburg High School and a 2008 graduate of Marshall University with a bachelor's degree. She is the office coordinator at Valley Health-A Woman's Place in Huntington.
The prospective bridegroom is the son of Dallas and Karen Staples of Charleston. He is a 1999 graduate of Charleston Catholic High School, a 2004 graduate of Urbana University with a bachelor's degree in marketing and a 2010 graduate of St. Mary's School of Nursing. He is employed as a registered nurse at St. Mary's Medical Center in Huntington.
