The bride-to-be is the daughter of Seanna Allman and Alan Holmes of Mineral Wells and Eric Allman of Parkersburg.
She is the granddaughter of Norman and Nina Allman of Mineral Wells and David Keith and the late Barbara Keith of Rockport. She is a 2008 graduate of Parkersburg South High School and is pursuing a degree in nursing at West Virginia University at Parkersburg.

The prospective bridegroom is the son of David Rhoades and Rebecca Rhoades of Mineral Wells. He is the grandson of Bill and Luwana Rhoades of Parkersburg and Jean Fauss and the late Kenneth Fauss of Mineral Wells. He is a 2008 graduate of Parkersburg South High School and is attending West Virginia University at Parkersburg pursuing a degree in business management.
A wedding is planned for June 23 with a reception to follow at the Parkersburg Art Center.
