James and Elaine Elliott of St. Marys celebrated their 50th anniversary. They were married Dec. 2, 1961, in New Haven, W.Va.
They are the parents of two children, Wiley (Becky) Elliott of Columbus and Dr. Leslie Elliott (Damon Wren) of Pleasants County.
They have four grandsons, James, Sam, Spencer and Simon.
They celebrated their anniversary with a weekend at The Greenbrier with their family.
