Cal and Sharon Malcom of Boaz will celebrate their 40th anniversary.
They were married on Nov. 27, 1971 at Greenbottom Baptist Church in Cabell County with the Rev. Freddie Spurlock officiating.
She is the daughter of the late Glen and Mary Henry of Huntington. He is the son of Art and Iris Malcom of Huntington.
They are the parents of Melody (Joe) Wright of Boaz and Holly (Zac) Johnson of Williamstown.
They have five granddaughters, Breagan, Rylee and Kestyn Wright, and Ava and Maggie Johnson.
