David Michael Hall and Candace Marie Long were united in marriage June 18 at South Parkersburg United Methodist Church with Rev. Rick Brown officating the double-ring ceremony.
The bride is the daughter of Billie Long of Parkersburg and the late Joseph Long. She is the granddaughter of the late Romie and Hazel Long and the late Elmer and Lynda Horner.
The groom is the son of Donna and Lewie Wagoner of Parkersburg and Harvey and Mary Hall of Canada. He is the grandson of Roella and Bob Newbrough of Ritchie County.

The bride was presented in marriage by Joshua Fluharty, son of the bride.
Mary Sullivan, friend of the bride, served as maid of honor. Tori Haught, daughter of the groom, and Hayleigh Fluharty, daughter of the bride, served as bridemaids.
Flower girl was Maylea Nichols, cousin of the groom.
Keith McConnell, friend of the groom, served as best man. Groomsmen were Matt Hall, brother of the groom and Joshua Fluharty, son of the bride. Ring bearer was Dakota Wagoner, brother of the groom.
All wedding flowers, in West Virginia University colors, were designed and made by Missy Rea, cousin of the bride.
The ceremony included lighting of unity candle and mixing of sand to unite family.
A reception immediately following the ceremony at CFC building.
The blue and yellow four-layer cake was square with flowers and mini white candles decorating.
After a honeymoon in Pennsylvania, Maryland, New York and New Jersey, the couple will reside in Parkersburg.
