Ernie and Lynne Williams of Richwood, W.Va., announce the engagement of their daughter, Jill Williams, to Brian Mark Miller, son of James and Elizabeth Knapp and Mark and Donna Miller of Parkersburg.
The bride-to-be is a 2000 graduate of Richwood High School and a 2004 graduate of West Virginia Wesleyan College where she received a bachelor's degree in chemistry and biology. She is employed by Carolina Gulf Packaging as a senior sales executive.
The prospective bridegroom is a 2002 graduate of Parkersburg High School and a 2006 graduate of West Virginia Wesleyan College where he received a bachelor's degree in economics and accounting.
