Steve and Suzan Windland of Belpre announce the engagement of their daughter, Stephany Mariko Windland, to Wesley Levi Long of Elizabeth. He is the son of Kimberly Long and the late Richard Long.
The bride-to-be is a graduate of Parkersburg Catholic High School and Ohio Dominican University with a degree in elementary education. She is employed by Parkersburg Catholic Elementary School.
The prospective bridegroom is a graduate of Wirt County High School and Glenville State College with a degree in natural resource manangement with concentration in land surveying. He is employed by Hupp Surverying in Grantsville.
