Kelsy Dawn Stephens and Michael Dane Colvin were united in marriage on Aug. 4 in a private, double-ring ceremony officiated by Belpre Mayor Michael Lorentz.
The bride is the daughter of Janet Lockhart of Belpre and the granddaughter of Sylvia Reed of Lowell. She is a 2003 graduate of Belpre High School and a 2009 graduate of Concord College in San Diego, Calif.
The groom is the son of Don and Sandy Colvin of Belpre. He is the grandson of Howard and Rachel Hamrick of Little Hocking and the late Gene Colvin. He is a 2005 graduate of Belpre High School and attended Washington State College. He is employed by Lowe's in Vienna
