Oran and Judy Adams of Waterford will celebrate their 50th anniversary on Aug. 19.
They were married in 1961 at the Beverly Fifth Street Church of Christ by the Rev. Fred Albrecht. She is the daughter of the late Howard and Dorothy Stollar. He is the son of the late Ruskin and Vernus Adams.
He is retired from Wolf Creek Local School District, where he taught English. She is a retired bookkeeper and seamstress.

They have one son, Dennis, of Englewood, Ohio; two grandchildren, Frank (Kayleen) and Michael; two great-grandsons, Aron and Logan; and a daughter, the late Teri-Lynne.
Their family will hold an open house for them from 1-4 p.m. Aug. 14 at the Waterford United Methodist Church. Friends and family are invited to attend. No gifts please, but cards and memories are appreciated.
