Emily Dye and Matthew Toogood were united in marriage on March 12 in an outdoor double-ring ceremony at Miller's Park in Lynchburg, Va., by Pastor Dwayne Carson.
The bride is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. David Dye of Belpre and the granddaughter of Mr. and Mrs. Harold Dye of Belpre and the late Mr. and Mrs. Kenneth Luman Sr. of Little Hocking. She is a 2007 graduate of Warren High School and a 2011 graduate of Liberty University with a bachelor's degree in kinesiology.
The groom is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Charles Toogood of Media, Pa. He is a 2006 graduate of Delaware County Christian School and a 2010 graduate of Liberty University with a bachelor's degree in business management. He is employed by Burris Logistics.

The bride was escorted by her father. She wore a chiffon, form-fitting, off the shoulder white dress with intricate beading around the bust and train. She carried a bouquet of mums, sweet peas, roses, tulips, pink anemone, freesia, hydrangea, white star of Bethlehem and queen anne's lace.
Maid of Honors were Kari Dye of Chesapeake, Va., sister of the bride, and Jen Tarr of Scranton, Pa., friend of the bride. Bridesmaids were Aleece Dye of Beverly, sister-in-law of the bride; and Hope Toogood of Media, Pa.; sister of the groom
Best man was Aaron Poch of Manassas, Va., friend of the groom. Groomsmen wereDanny Lamonte of Lynchburg, Va., friend of the groom; Stephen Myers of Lynchburg, friend of the groom, Nicholas Dye of Beverly, brother of the bride; and Chris Cortes of Lynchburg, friend of the groom.
A reception followed at the Aviary in Miller's Park. After a honeymoon trip to Antigua the couple resides in Lynchburg.
