The bride-to-be is the daughter of Chuck and Julie Peters of Davisville. She is the granddaughter of the late Harold R. Peters and Norma Jean Lester and Howard and Vurbal James. She is a 2010 graduate of Parkersburg Christian School and is attending West Virginia University at Parkersburg.
The prospective bridegroom is the son of Steve and Sharron Vincent. He is the grandson of Walter and Emmie Vincent of Waverly and Eben and Shirley Staggs of Barboursville.
