Michael C. and Beverly H. Brannock of Parkersburg celebrated their 40th wedding anniversary on May 31 at the Greenbrier Resort in White Sulphur Springs, W.Va. The Brannocks were married May 31, 1971, in Huntington, W.Va. The double-ring ceremony was performed by the Rev. Robert Davis at the Rose Garden in Ritter Park.
They are the parents of daughters Dr. Kristina Brannock of Carlisle, Pa., and Kathryn Brannock of Huntington. He is the son of the late Mr. and Mrs. Edgar W. Brannock Sr. of Cambridge, Md. She is the daughter of Avonelle P. Hathaway of Huntington and the late Burke J. Hathaway of Huntington.
He owns and operates Brannock Resources, a petroleum geology consulting firm in Parkersburg. She is a tax associate and a church treasurer. They are graduates of Marshall University class of 1971.
