The bride-to-be is the daughter of Donna Hamrick of Spencer and Ronald Hamrick Sr. of Elkins. She is a 1999 graduate of Roane County High School and attended Glenville State College.
The prospective bridegroom is the son of James and Patricia Sigley of Parkersburg.
