The bride-to-be is the daughter of Michael and Janice Lutz of Lubeck. She is the grandaughter of Ron and Betty Lutz of Washington and Esther Smith of Parkersburg.
She is a 2007 graduate of Parkersburg South High School and is attending West Virginia University of Parkersburg. She is employed at K-mart.

A wedding is planned for Aug. 12 at South Parkersburg United Methodist Church.
