William and Estella Goodfellow of Pursley celebrated their 60th wedding anniversary while a patient at Marietta Memorial Hospital.
They were married by Rev. W.R. Moyer on March 17, 1951.
She is the daughter of the late Sherman and Pauline Buchanan and was a former sheriff's deputy in Tyler County and later retired from the Tyler County Bank in Middlebourne.

He is the son of the late William and Faye Goodfellow.
He retired from PPG Industries as a supervisor with 40 years of service.
They are the parents of two children, William Gregory (Shirley) and Mark Allen (Brenda) Goodfellow. They have three grandchildren, Julie Cozad (Time), Shandra Celeste Goodfellow and Amanda Joy Goodfellow. A grandson, Chase Tyler, died at birth. They are the great-grandparents of Austin Chase Cozad.
A celebration will be held at a later date.
