Forrest and Mildred McNemar celebrated their 60th anniversary on April 16.
The couple were married in Orlando, W.Va., by the late Charles Parrish.
He is a Korean War veteran with a Purple Heart and other medals. He retired from Aramat Plant after more than 33 years. He does gardening and woodworking.

She had a sewing shop in her home for 18 years and retired from Camden Clark Medical Center.
She does gardening and sewing.
They have five children, Donald (Martha) of Lawrenceville, Ga.; Paul (Susan) of Parkersburg; Robert (Sherry) of New Martinsville; Kathryn (Tom) of Vienna and David of Parkersburg.
They also had 13 foster children. They have 13 grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.
