VIENNA - The Vienna Police Department arrested a Parkersburg man on a drug charge Sunday.
Vienna Patrolman A.N. Harris conducted a traffic stop at 1:24 p.m. Sunday on a 1995 Honda Civic in the 500 block of 39th Street in Vienna, said Vienna Sgt. Rick Berdine.
Harris identified the driver as Ryan W. Mossburg, 22, 613 Lakeview Drive, Parkersburg, Berdine said.

A search of the vehicle resulted in the seizure of approximately two ounces of suspected marijuana.
Mossburg was placed under arrest for possession with the intent to deliver marijuana and the Honda Civic was towed from the scene of the traffic stop.
Mossburg was being held pending arraignment in Wood County Magistrate Court. The suspected marijuana had a street value of over $500, Berdine said.
