Jessica Lynn Wilcoxen and Roger Lee Toncray were united in marriage on Oct. 2, 2010, at the Belpre Congregational Church. The Rev. Wilbert (Bill) Lowe, the bride's great-uncle, performed the double-ring ceremony.

The bride is the daughter of Sam and Janet Wilcoxen of Bartlett. She is the granddaughter of Betty Jane Horton of Bartlett and the late William (Bill) Horton and the late Lewis and Dorothy Wilcoxen, also of Bartlett. She is a 2005 graduate of Warren High School. She attended Hocking College and Washington State Community College.

The bridegroom is the son of John and Marlene Toncray of Belpre. He is the grandson of Arlo John and Vesta Oman of Belpre, and the late Ira and Ruth Toncray of Parkersburg. He is a 2000 graduate of Belpre High School and attended Washington State Community College.

The bride was escorted by her father and given away by her parents. She wore a white gown with a ruche bodice and crystals, and a shoulder-length veil with crystals. She carried a bouquet of pink roses.

The matron of honor was the bride's mother. The best man was the groom's brother, Johnny Toncray. Clint Wilcoxen, the bride's nephew, was the junior groomsman-ringbearer.

A reception followed in the church basement. The wedding cake was adorned with white cascading roses and ivy on three separate tiers. The honeymoon is set for a later date. The couple resides in Belpre.
