Mandy Sue Smith and Michael Dale Collins were united in marriage on Oct. 10, 2010, at Cisco Community Church.
The ceremony was performed by Pastor Clyde Border.
The bride is the daughter of Don and Connie Smith of Parkersburg. She is a 1998 graduate of Parkersburg High School and is employed by Santa Rosa Care Center in Tucson, Ariz.

The groom is the son of Diane Stevens of Elizabeth and the late Ernest Collins. He is a 1997 graduate of Wirt County High School and is employed in Tucson, Ariz.
The bride was given in marriage by her parents and escorted down the aisle by her father. She wore a white halter style dress trimmed in lace and a wedding veil made of sunflowers and roses.
Her bouqet was made of green ivy, sunflowers, roses and butterflies.
The maid of honor was friend of the bride, Cecelia Hawkins of Parkersburg. The best man was the brother of the groom, Dave Stevens.
A reception followed at the Rockport Community Building. The couple resides in Tucson.
