Ashley Kristin Deas and James David Plummer were united in marriage on Oct. 2 at Berlin Center United Methodist Church in Berlin Center, Ohio. Rev. Russell Libb officiated.
The bride is the daughter of Douglas and Sue Deas of Berlin Center, Ohio. The groom is the son of Kathy Sullivan of Belpre and Gregory Plummer of Parkersburg.
Escorted by her father and given in marriage by her parents, the bride wore a strapless, ivory satin A-line gown with lace detailing along the bottom and sides. The embellished bodice had a sweetheart neckline and the back featured a full corset.

Mikah Konst served as matron of honor in a floor-length persimmon chiffon gown. In matching gowns were bridesmaids Katie Deas, the bride's sister-in-law; Beverly Ketchens; Beth Jones, Sharon Santino and Jennifer Hallos.
Timothy Vogelsong served as best man. Groomsmen were Michael Plummer, the groom's brother; Kyle Deas, the bride's brother; Robert Martin; Nicholas Stanwick and Justin Smith.
The bride is a 2003 graduate of Western Reserve High School in Berlin Center, Ohio, and a 2007 graduate of Marietta College with a bachelor's degree in graphic design. She is employed at PixlMediaServices Inc. in Columbus.
The groom is a 2003 graduate of Warren High School and a 2007 graduate of Marietta College with a bachelor's degree in sports medicine.
He is employed at Wieging Chiropractic in Grove City, Ohio.
A reception was held at Antone's Banquet Centre in Boardman, Ohio.
The couple resides in Upper Arlington, Ohio.
