Sharon L. Cremeans
Sharon L. Cremeans, 56, of Dutch Ridge Road, Parkersburg, passed away May 6, 2008, at St. Joseph’s Hospital.
She was born May 28, 1951, in Parkersburg, a daughter of the late Alva Harold Sims and Christina Ruth Vincent Sims.
Sharon had last been employed with City Perk Cafe, was a 1969 graduate of Parkersburg High School and had attended the First Baptist Church of Middleton, Tenn.
Surviving are three daughters, Rhonda Casto Modesitt (Mark) of Parkersburg, Amanda Kennamore (Jeff) of Middleton, Tenn., and Kennda Gorsky (Judd) of Mineral Wells; seven grandchildren, C.J. Kennamore, Joshua Kennamore, Kristina Dalton, Chelsey Dalton, Alana Kennamore, Katie Kennamore and Judson Gorsky; a stepbrother, Bill Sims, and a half-sister, Sherry Sims, both of the Akron area; her aunt and uncle, Walter and Emma Vincent of Parkersburg; and her best friend, Judy Betts of Parkersburg.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a son, Michael Chad Cremeans.
There will be a memorial service at 11 a.m. Saturday at Kimes Funeral Home, 521 Fifth St., Parkersburg. There will be a time of gathering of friends and relatives beginning at 9 a.m. Saturday at the funeral home. Cremations services are being provided by Kimes Funeral Home and Cremation Services.
