Anyone who commutes to Vienna in the 0700-0800 time period is familiar with the most obnoxious tailgater on the planet. Driving a silver Jeep Liberty with 'Code Enforcement' on the door, license 72-682, this jerk is going to eventually cause an accident and I hope I am there to offer my services to the victims as a witness in their civil liability lawsuit.

I can see why Vienna keeps their officers while Parkersburg continues losing theirs. Pay raises and longevity keeping t he employees happy to do their job. I hear Parkersburg is losing a considerable number of policemen in the near future and have lost a few already to other better paying departments, so sad that between the mayor and council they can't give employees anything at all but can spend money on new markings on city streets for bicycles and flower beds, etc for said streets. That does a lot to prevent crime. How do you enjoy the way your user fee is being spent?
