Heidi C Laughery of Marietta, while CEO of Sequelle, stole $4 million and did not serve one day in jail even though she had been in federal prison once before for the same offense.

Janee, No the only way she would be different is if she was denied all that assistance. but for now if she is elgible she would fit right in the ones you describe

If she had been black, latino or a leabian the outcome would have been different. No one should feel sorry for her. Now she is eligible for welfare, food stamps and mental health counseling at the public's expense. Can she get a grant to go back to college too?

It is outrageous that her defense offered an excuse that she didn't use the money to "fund an extravagant lifestyle." It makes no difference. She betrayed the public trust. She should pay the full price. I'm definitely staying away from this lawyer.

Is this lady a relative of Sheriff Larry Mincks? If so, we know why she only got 120 days.

She should have gotten prison time. A mugger is more honest. She betrayed trust put in her.Her victims were the whole county. 120 days is laughable.

Another abuse of the justice system.Steal $145,181.51 and do 120 days. What a joke. Baumgartel has the guts to say "Didn't use the money to fund an extravagant lifestyle". Who cares she stole the money. She spent it on her family. She should be in prison for the max time. If she had robbed a bank she would have gotten more time. The judge messed this up big time. But what should we expect.
