I wonder if her being the "sole provider" for her family of 4 children and a disabled mother means she's the one who shows up at DHHR to file claims and accept freebies?

I believe that this woman helped lead the family into believing that their daughter was murdered. Stafford's claims lead many other to believe this was murder also. I found myself at times believing the rumors and 101 scenarios about that night. Now myself and many other who originally that thought there was foul-play have a changed opinions based on facts and not rumors. You can't dispute Jaleayah blood alcohol levels, it is very obvious that this was a alcohol related accident and not a murder. I hope the family can find a way to accept this. I have noticed many of the big supporters and backed off, accepting what the report said but you still of some that even yesterday posted names on the FACEBOOK Justice page the first and last names of those how were last with her and may have played a roll in her death. This person is doing the Davis family no favors.

Well said, WV4Life. The facts have been found, and now it's time to accept that there was no foul play. This woman is responsible for much of the speculation because of her crap story.

It's time to stop dragging names through the mud. Hopefully this is the final chapter and acceptance and healing may start now.

Glad to see she's relocating to WV...now they can support her and 4 kids ...or does being the sole provider mean she doesn't get assistance...there's a free check in the mix somewhere.

Davis said her family was not hurt by Stafford's actions.

"What hurt was the (BS) from the sheriff's department."

this statement really bothers me...how can the family say stafford didn't hurt them?...it was her b.s. lies that created the whole murder scenerio!...this turned out to be completely false...soooo, it seems that stafford is the ONLY one that hurt them and the fact they can't accept the investigation outcome, is really not the sheriff dept.'s fault... good points 4life, well said...

and to waters...nice to see we have a magistrate that isn't afraid to sentence the maximum...we need more down there that will do the same...it's a slap in the face to law enforcement when magistrates set little pissy bonds and half~hearted sentences...good work!

What's funny is so many people are so quick to judge. Yes she did wrong. But do any of us know why? No we do not. Yes she has 4 children and yes she is the sole provider for them. No she does not get assistance. I think we all need to let this case settle and let the Davis family have some peace. Stafford wasn't the one who claimed it was murder. Those scenarios were out before she went to the police. So before passing judgment make sure your slate is clean.

Had an interesting discussion with some co-workers about this and the question "WHAT IF she would have passed the lie detector?" came up. How much more drama would this have brought. What if it did lead to the prosecution and conviction of those the accused? This is WHY she was handed and deserves the maximum sentence. Luckily she's not as smart as the thinks she is.

Wv4life, luckily the system doesn't work like that. It takes more than passing or not passing a polygraph to get a conviction on someone. Also polygraphs aren't submissible in court. Many factors can cause anyone to pass or fail a polygraph. They are not 100% accurate which is why they aren't submissible in court.

I'm aware that they aren't admissible BUT having passed it she could have set the ball rolling towards even more wasted time and false accusations. I'm just saying Thanks Goodness she didn't pass the first one.

Okay, great; She received the max sentence; BUT we have to foot the bill to keep her at the tune of 46 buckaroonies a day.Personally, I believe she owes the WCSO quite a chunk of change also for that wild goose chase.

Actually Aaron, if WCSO wanted her they knew where she lived and worked It wasn't her fault they were to lazy to go serve the warrant and pick her up.

I really hope that the prison mental health system does an in depth evaluation of this lady. Showing this type of behavior is concerning and maybe she needs some intense help before resuming her care of the children and the mother.

OK, so the mother of the deceased girl has NO PROBLEM??? With someone making up a complete fairy tale about her being a witness in her daughters case and still insist its all the Sheriff's Dept fault? That is sad...and stopthehate, read your screen name and well....STOP THE HATE! Convinced more than ever that the Sheriffs Dept. handled the case as it needed to be handled, Oh yeah, the physics majors and accident reconstructionists still know more than all of the trained investigators but other than that, come on people, not only stop the hate, stop the stupidity.

I meant the physics majors and accident reconstructionists that apparently all either live on the blogs or the justice for jaleayah site. It is troubling that the mother wants to point fingers at law enforcement constantly and has no problem with a person that ADMITTEDLY made up the whole sick story...

I hate liars. My question is "why did she lie". Her story tells me she may really know the truth.Did she make up these lies in order to protect somebody that is guilty. Could be herself or a lover that she is trying to protect. Let her rot in jail with her lies.

Really 26101 - I think the mother has a desire to believe that someone else did this and that it couldn't possibly be an accident brought on by a night of drinking. I think that holding onto this gives her something to do besides accepting what most of us already have.

I'm not saying that this girl isn't wrong for what she did. But like I said no one knows why she said/did what she did. And like I mentioned before Kim has always thought it was a murder and not an accident. So don't point all fingers at this lady. I have read several posts and still read several posts where people blame the law enforcement for not doing a proper investigation. You can't make everyone happy no matter what the facts say.

Stopthehate - why are you fighting so hard to defend this liar? Although Kim may THINK her daughter was murdered, her hypothesis was backed up when Ember threw together this BS story. I'm going to go out on a limb here and say...that I'm sure that those that know Ember KNOW that this is not the first BS story that they have heard come out of her mouth. Habitual Liar is my guess

Wv4life I do know this girl personally. Not saying she is a perfect person as none of us are. She has never been anything but kind and caring for as long as I've known her. Which I have known her for many years. Like I said I'm not necessarily defending her actions. But I will help defend her name. Also like I said, no one knows why she said what she said. So unless we know why she did what she did let us not pass judgement.

Stopthehate - I'm sure you can agree that Ember's actions are not normal behaviors. Only Ember knows why she did what she did. Careless disregard for her family (being the sole provider) and for the Davis Family as well as the family of those whose name she drug through the mud. On a lighter note, she's got 6 mos to think about it.
