What a pitiful excuse for a setence. 97 plants and 6 pounds of marijuana and only 180 days in jail. WOW! And to top it off, it was not his first drug related offense.

Someone needs to take a serious look at the laws we have in place. There is no way that people are learning from a stern scolding we hand out as setences.

We need to make jail life and the punishment for crimes so severe, they will never want to return. Once they break the law, they should forfeit all of their rights until they are released and no mercy should be given. No tv, library, internet, weight rooms, nothing. Give them plenty of time to think about their decisions.

@Disturbed--This isn't 1950. Someone needs to take a serious look at what other states and people think about marijuana in 2013.

Are you for real, or just posting nonsense for fun? :)
