Righteous1, You don't have the brains God gave a goose)as old saying goes) 0-60 in 3 sec. Only a true idiot would want to do that on 2 wheels or someone with a death wish. My vote for you is that your an idiot. One day someone will be scraping your dumba** of the side of the road.

Harley's have a history of breaking down and being repaired constantly than the Japanese speedsters bike BUT more people die from doing crazy things. We call motorcycle riders "Organ Donors" out here

Righteous.....you say you are more intellectual than I, if so you should learn how to spell. By you riding a "crotch rocket" it answers why you have been saying all of the stupid stuff you have been throwing out. Either you have a death wish by advocating riding like a wild person, or you truly are just plain stupid. A Harley is a true motorcycle,a crotch rocket is for those who are weak minded (Stupid). In any case, back to the subject at hand, Mr. White will have his day in court, and one can only hope level heads and justice will prevail.

And wow! I can't believe more people don't know to not pull right over for unmarked cars!! That is dangerous and stupid! Yes, in a car you call 911 first; can't do that on a bike! Ride/drive to a public area!! If you're too stupid to understand this then at least please tell your wife/daughters to do so!!

Harley boy, you would be the moron for speaking such bs to someone obviously way nore intellectual than you! You have never passed like that because you ride a Harley! It would take you longer to pass than an old Volkswagen! Try taking off the sissy bars and getting on a crotch rocket! This is common place! Seriously, as common as jay walking which is also illegal! Wannabe ;I you've never ridden, you're a wannabe! Try it, 0-60 mph in 3the secs! Exhilarating!!

Pulling over for an unmarked vehicle in a non-public place is dangerous! It could be someone with alternate optiins and is how people get raped and/or mugged! Don't ever pull over for an unmarked vehicle in an area like this- drive to town!

and even if he DID fear for safety, as an attorney he should know the law states that you are allowed to get to a well lit and "safe" spot, but you must slow down and try to let the cop know you are not "fleeing" (such as putting your flashers on/calling dispatch/ect.)

righteous1:What makes the difference if Sgt Allen was in a marked or unmarked vehicle. Once he activated his emergency signals (LIGHTS & SIREN) he should have pulled over. You are the type of rider that has caused accidents that I have responded to as a first responder.

This case is going to be interesting. We are going to see how the courts treat a person with connections verses a person without connections.

Yes, the deputy drew his weapon and maybe even threatened to tazer an uncooperative "Brucie"....what would you "keyboard cops" done differently to handle this besides pi** your pants, or sh&t yourself.....Aren't we forgetting that Mr. White, as an officer of the court, know the proper behavior to exhibit when stopped by an officer of the law....Good job Deputy Allen! Why does he need Cosenza, a jury trial, and burden the county with court costs...Ring the "Dumb ass Bell", pay your fine, thank God you didn't hurt or kill anyone...or you would have one of our other bottom feeders squeezing money out of you.....You are fortunate, get out before you really make an ass out of yourself!

It is unbelievable to read that riders pass on a double line all the time...not true, at least not good riders. Responsible riders do not run from the cops and when stopped do not become disrespectful and uncooperative when asked to do what the officer is asking of him.

What if Brice had hit an oncoming car while passing on a double line and mamed or killed someone.....should he not be held accountable and responsible, and pay through the nose for his irresponsible actions? You bet he would rush to the side of the victim if another moron had done what he could have done, and sued his ass off in the name of his client. Face it Bruce, you messed up big time....take your medicine and do not try to put yourself above the law. You give riders in general a bad name....you inconsiderate idiot! Deputy Allen should have tazered your "Dumb Ass" for fleeing and being uncooperative. Thank God you didn't wreck and kill anyone.....Park the bike!

Go Bruce! and he wasn't an ambulance chaser at the beginning of his career when he represented someone that I know, and there was no charge for his services.

He shouldn't break the law but the situation seems like harmless folly; he was the one most at risk from this risky behavior.

****! You obviously don't ride, I do! I don't ride for pleasure much anymore but have passed many times! Riders seek curved roads like this and pass all the time on a double yellow! lol It really is commin practice for any rider! Ask any! Besides,it says nothing if whether this was even a marked vehicle!? If it wasn't then the proper then to do is to go to a very public parking lot before stopping!

righteous1:He passed Sgt Allen on a double yellow line and then passed two other vehicles. I don't think to many cycle riders pass vehicles in a no passing zone. He could have removed his helmet as soon as he got off the bike instead of waiting for Sgt Allen to arrive. He was just trying to play it up to make Sgt Allen look bad. The only smart thing he did was hire George as his attorney.

Flwannabe- you din't know anyone ever arrested without cause and oeople like me*****you off? Have you never heard the term 'wrongful arrest'? I didn't maje it up! It happens all the time and oeople like me are the ones whom can look at things neutral and say come on that's b.s.! I don't know Mr. White nor have I ever been arrested. I do know many local law enforcement officers and none of them, do I believe, would draw their gun on an individual sitting on the ground after riding to a safe area to pull over!

This one will NEVER even go to trial unless he's bent on being "right" or some such. It is ironic, though, that someone who drives like an idiot is the very one chasing ambulances to make money off people who were allegedly injured by folks driving like idiots.
