" I think it is a blatant attack on rural areas," Moore said. "Our congressional delegation" has fought for years to allow us to have a level playing field and allow us to compete with metro areas and "now they are letting us be cut."

Different "congressional" delegation is why! Remember he voted for it!

Denver you're right. Why don't they ask Mr. McKinley our newly elected representative from the 1st district in WV what his plan is for helping his constituents deal with these cuts? He is the one who voted for them. Wayne Dumm is complaining because now he doesn't have a tax supported tower that 99.9% of us don't use, to help him land his private plane.
