There is a direct correlation with possessing good health and eating properly and getting physical excercise.

my, my what an ignorant comment meant to be an excuse (maybe?):

"This is strictly outcomes, which is the death rate... I guess some bad accidents where young people died could have affected our ranking, but I just don't know."

seriously?? that is a lot of 'accidents' that must have occurred.

a more realistic conclusion: denial is shared throughout the area with regards to healthy living.
