How true that statement is, Geezer. I personally know of a man who embezzled a lot of money and as far as I know, was never even arrested! He just resigned from the church and the mission he was on the board of.

That's the lowest bail I've ever seen for a felony. Even in the most liberal states, i.e. California, the bail is never less than the amount of the economic loss. Our local legal system continues to be a roll of the dice, at best.
