Newell: No change on floodwall fee

@HeWith1000Names... Did you miss the first line of the article? "Mayor Bob Newell says there is little chance he’ll ask council to reconsider a proposed reduction in the city floodwall fee...." See that? It says little chance he'll even ASK. It is you that has had a problem with reading comprehension in the past, and obviously still now, but that could be explained simply. Your lack of perspective is a direct result of where and how deeply your nose is buried.
