Requiring kids to go to school is the most important component of any education reform program. If kids are not in school they cannot learn and teachers cannot teach them. Allowing or tolerating kids to skip school is nothing more than robbing their future as successful productive citizens. Habitually skipping school eventually will lead to either crime, drug or sexual behavior.
